Tomorrow architecture: how will the houses and work spaces be?

The pandemic has changed the place where we worked and approached us to the house, often and nature. The pandemic made us watch our closed fences more closely where we live or work, but also the open ones. Nothing will be the same as Pandemia has opened the discussion. We have greater needs as new needs in the list of design requirements.

Architecture, liberal work is put on duty of life even if sometimes it has been diverted by its main goal.

The work spaces of recent years mean large surfaces used by many people. Efficiency, both under construction and in use. Concluded glass, metal and concrete full of electronic equipment and shared WiFi signals. With overrated floors full of conductors on which all types of electrical signals are walking. With sophisticated ventilation systems that can become unusable in pandemic conditions or on the contrary if they are built intelligently. With a high density of wireless equipment, these buildings are often true electromagnetic «alvear», after the stadiums and after schools where there is an even greater concentration of cell phones compared to the case of prizes or in the case of schools. It is also the main reason for the stress felt by the employees of large companies.
In many cases and our homes are the same. High density of wireless signals, closeness to the antenna, many electrical equipment that emit unhealthy fields.

With the launch of the new generations of telecommunication systems, the density of electromagnetic fields will increase exponentially because more and more «things» enter the network. We are talking about «Internet of Things», isn’t it?

Probably many young readers don’t like files above. This is the reason why I specify that I do not recommend on technological evolution, but for having put in the foreground the safety of life, both by those who produce technology and by those who use its benefits.

There are both in national legislation and in European legislation, various regulations that produce obligations for owners of electromagnetic work areas, but nobody has also taken them, except for the employees of the State who have taken advantage and asked for «antenna». But what can you do at home if an antenna GSM has been installed 50 meters from you and look at it? Or do you want to build a house, but is it an antenna nearby?

A moment will probably arrive when you can ask the interior designer who can do or ask the architect already during the design phase. And now, very often, the interior designer is the «doctor of the house» because he has to repair all the mistakes of the architect or the concessions made by the beneficiary. The architect is neither the one who pays nor the one who decides. Unfortunately, it is only what can do a better possible and often intelligent or aesthetically job. And from the sea, great unhappiness, most of the time it is not the decision maker in which his role would be great: in urban planning! In the years that arrive the «strangers» that the architect inserts into the equation will be even more. He will have to use new knowledge of physics and chemistry and document and relate more with other professional categories: doctors, biologists, physicists and telecommunications engineers. And yes, you will need much more so far to create «healthy» work spaces. The human body attacked during the day, especially in the urban area of positive and variable excess fields they will need an interval in which it can be restored. And the houses of our employees may not comply with this point of view. They are countries such as Sweden where electrosensitivity is officially recognized and accepted by the medical insurance system. But there are many countries where doctors do not know and do not recognize the condition generated by exposure above certain limits. The European Union has started a series of research programs for the impact of electromagnetic fields and cell phones on health. Telecommunications technology has validated from its very high evolution speed. Studies come from behind and show the consequences. There are administrations, countries, regions that have been informed and drawn conclusions. But most people have only common sense and knowledge of 7th grade physics and chemistry. And a good part of us feel the consequences on our skin, we have taken states or conditions. They can only be resolved if we remove their source, that is, if we move to more isolated areas or create our appropriate houses and jobs. It is a challenge for architects, it is a great challenge for young architects. But it is necessary to think of nature during this period. Let’s see how the bees or birds that are electromagnetically oriented, to see if the water of the water does not absorb electromagnetic radiation, if the soil microorganisms are not affected. We cannot live without the surrounding nature, without the land that loads us with the necessary energy or whose frequency of resonance depend.

There are a sum of construction materials and agreements that can be used efficiently in order to minimize the effects in inhabited fences. They are useful, they can be used for the arrangement of existing buildings, but also for the construction of new ones. There are also many specialized materials for electromagnetic protection, are available and can be used. Many companies have open ears and some collective research. The clothing that protects you electromagnetically appeared above all for pregnant women and electrosensitive. A new electrical installation philosophy in the bedrooms appeared so that you can keep the teases at the head of the bed.

For us we find solutions, we must find for those with whom we live on this earth: plants, animals, insects, microorganisms.

The technology created presents new challenges. They can not only remain responsible for architects. We all like technology and some of us «embrace him». Our health lasts first of all habits and our minds. Because the same «technology» can be an angel and a demon.
