Theta the Romanian exception confirms the rule?
Not many years ago two unknown anthrines have passed our threshold. The crisis had arrived and not many were those who left good jobs for a company.
The meeting was said, I was not present.
They did not come to see, they did not come to perspective, they came directly to negotiate. From the first meeting. Both did it successfully during previous activities, but for us at that moment their company did not say much. A company in Ploiesti, New, who had many statements for some beginners.
Prahoven’s local patriotism is recognized. You can «return it as in Ploiesti» after making your Republic or Phalanster. I couldn’t help but try to work with the two! And they hadn’t arrived, they were looking for a technical supplier, serious and determined.
The crisis that had just begun was a good business catalyst. Well trained by the position of employees (they always say that an essential condition for being a good manager is a good performer) have bricked with brick on a more German construction than the Romanian. The company has grown and organized quite quickly (but not easy).
The two, an economist and a seller, created a team. Their seriousness, professionalism and determination have attracted other precious teammates. Therefore, Theta soon became a team of another level, a team from another League, probably the Bundesliga.
Never in the past six years I have not heard a word about their company.
Theta has many skills. They are good designers, but also good executors. They can be careful and seriously on a small job, but they can make the management and logistics of large projects. I know how to work out, in pretentious countries and this cannot do many companies to do it. Or I do it once, twice and ready.
Why did I suddenly have the idea of writing about them? (And certainly I don’t do «laudatio» because they are hard in negotiations, the Romanian is even worse!)
Perhaps it is difficult to believe but from … enthusiasm and joy. You can’t have fun when your Romanian, your client, your collaborator or because not your Prahovean succeeds. And it has a first evolution in the championship. Look at their Facebook page or their site, don’t forget to be six years of activity and you will do justice.
Beautiful things do others. But they do beautiful things with real management. The company grows, does not compromise, is healthy and … honors its payments in time. It is a model to follow for larger or smaller entrepreneurs. And they cannot be suspected of «helping or supporting it».
Why can they? Why can they afford to respect their work by not compromising and selling at correct prices?
Maybe because they «sell each other», isn’t it so seller? Or maybe they knew how to create a team, isn’t that manager?
It can also be in Romania. Hard, but not impossible. But we must always ask ourselves why you can’t. You can start without a lot of money if you are good, relational, human.
Grow if you’re right in society with everyone. And with the older ones, but also with the youngest. Grow if you look at your companions. Grow if you remember, but also God.
Look at Theta and keep the way to the Bundesliga.
