Thursday 7 March, Gelu Trading Company received a visit to MoboteCo Product and Webcom Trading for a mentioned topic.
Accustomed to a smaller number of participants in seminars compared to the confirmed surprise it was nice to receive a fairly wide team. Of course, here is the «hand» of a certain manager and which in my opinion will produce enough surprises in the coming years.
It was less a seminar (because the assigned time was not too big) and an informal meeting in which the two groups gathered better and held discussions on various topics that follow the basic concept: materials, design,
I must confess that I rarely had pleasant interlocutors, determined and release a welded team! I really felt well in their company and I had the feeling that they are good people and interested in what they do. Perhaps many of the male managers could remember by one of the women in our field. Congratulations!
It is said that managers are often afraid to send their people alone to events and training. In the last moment they realize that they are so «loaded» in the activity and need subordinates in the few hours in which they should be prepared! They want people to know or react but I don’t get them in the relationship area at all!
The manager above surprised me when his collaborators were pleasantly surprised.
The sales team knew how to listen but also ask. I really appreciate the website www.vreaumabilila.ro (I wrote) but I did not know the team. In my opinion, the «human material» is precious, it must be helped to «put new things». I understand that now it has a Mobteco society that is continuously perfected and I think they will become strong.
I can create new products with a certain degree of peculiarity that can be sold online! And a welded production team, worried to be continually improved, can be the foundation.
I firmly believe that the success of our customers is also our success of material suppliers. I think it’s time to work together, especially those who think the same way.
Only low prices or loans are not enough. Everyone does it, but it doesn’t change a lot. We have to prepare, we must create, we have to tighten the files and find new formulas for sale and go out for export. We must identify what we have specific and exploitation.
Not all suppliers can work with any customer and vice versa. People are also chosen in business. Pragmatism in the business world also involves opening to those with whom you can win in the long term or from which you can acquire knowledge.
Our meeting has shown that it can be «out» when the manager is open.
