MDF polished or opaque painted for modern and quality furniture

Lucid finish but more High polishing («High gloss») is on the wave. All areas of use benefit from the elegant and variable chromatic air of this finish. At least in Europe (if not all over the world), it predominates inside.

Painting allows access to a very large number of colors. It also allows the use of variable thickness support plates, which is important in design. All the surfaces of the same plates can have the same finish (no quantity made) with consequent high aesthetic.
The special environments, with humidity, would have requested the dish. The painted plate is «sealed» entirely by the deposit! It resists much better in these environments.

But the market has changed, the end customer knows the cause of the cause and explicitly asks for the painted MDF product, furniture to and with painted, opaque or shiny MDF! He also learned to discern between different painted products.
He knows how to ask for the degree of shine and learned to appreciate it with common methods. The simplest is to look at a light source on the lucid surface. With a good shine, the source of light is good, clearly outlined! Otherwise, shine is lucid but it is not good enough and this is seen in many painters!

I was asked for the repeatability of the color: what we do after a while when we paint a dish of the same color. Ask your color theoretically any color to which the recipe has been respected, or the initial color is well made according to one of the codes, it can be repeated at any time.

The furniture producers are constantly looking for cheaper sources (and rightly). MDF suppliers have also appeared painted with lower prices (however the price of the product in the United States is less than half of the European average!).

Unfortunately, many say they are careful until they «go out» the product that sometimes has inclusions of dust, hair, edges or a lower level of shine! Others create a reasonable product but do not respect the terms! But the promotion of low quality products causes the trusted of the end customer in Romanian furniture and the orientation towards imported products.

Many are happy to have spared 100 EUR at a piece of furniture of several thousand, but they forget that a disappointed customer will not bring others!
