How do we live? How will we live in the future?

I often see known with great houses. With a lot of money or not and also enough «flees» that made it on credit when they believed that the Romanian economy would be the «tiger of Europe».

I also see at my age, people who stop business because they have drawn enough. Some have enough not to be able to consume how much they live.

Almost all of them when they stop from the income activity, they think of the great house they have built as a consumer of resources!

Where more you put while you do you want to get closer to the earth, you don’t need a high house and go up the stairs!

But the house of the 2000s often consume resources and in the utmost useless proportion. It is often overcome aesthetically …

The growing cost of classic energy sources makes life at home increasingly expensive. The collective house will probably remain the easiest to maintain. But what solutions will those who want to live on earth and nature be?

How can they live healthy, comfortable and normal as costs, which is in a word to live «well» in their homes?

They are different currents in an attempt to give answers for a not very distant future.

For the construction model of the house, many new materials and technologies have lived or based on natural materials.

For heating/cooling, heat pumps or solar panels are proposed.

For electricity there are photovoltaic sources.

Very often the passive house is proposed. It has not yet been demonstrated what are the effects of life over time in this type of home.

All these solutions are still expensive and involve a very large initial effort that is amortized over time! The «eco» living cost! And where you put it in future years, the technology will change and will be accurate!

It is also said that when half of the brain of Silicon Valley will be oriented in energy, the problem of its future will be solved. But until then we will pay more and more expensive, more and more!

Personally I think the transition solution is quite different. At least for my generation, something else can be tried. Experience, observation, The collaboration with a good and visionary architect (in the person of Mihail Luben), a few years in a row he made me reconsider many judgments and form a new living philosophy that is already embraced by some acquaintances.

Things in the sea are simple and have some indications:

-The easy house to build from the most ecological materials (eg Wood!) And the correctly isolated

-A judicious and intelligence design created by a real professional: the best orientation, a relationship of volume of space to bring light but also energy saving, slopes prepared for photovoltaic panels

-Elmentation of unnecessary internal spaces and the transfer of some outside the rooms and «acare» that should not be heated or «eliminated» of dust.

-Organization of the space on the ground floor so that winter can live exclusively there without consuming energy for excess spaces often on the floor

-A low height regime so that plants and trees can shade as soon as possible

-The friend and execution of the house together with the courtyard and the garden using trees, shrubs, living to ensure adequate shadow during the summer without the need to mount the air conditioning.

-at least on the ground floor of a simple source of heating that can be operated and when there are no gas or current (for example terracotta or pellet stove)

And for those who want to live as healthy as possible:

-inner talling with multiple natural materials, grass oil paints

-Wooden panels treated with wax or natural oils.

It is much cheaper to create a house that will have minimal energy needs (consuming a little) because we will be able to satisfy them more easily. It does not have a logic to produce or waste unnecessary energy.

A team of experts made up largely of electric and electronic band engineers has created a fairly economic system of electrical and thermal management so that the energy produced can meet the technological needs of modern life.

In addition to everything above, we will have to change our habits a little and become more attentive to what we consume, but our generation is not difficult.

The above «philosophy» is based on a sum of simple things and common sense that deserve a value together. In addition, the science of the use of the surrounding plants can be completed with the increase in the symbiosis of food plants: trees and vegetables to cope with the highest temperatures.

Our program is called «Live Simple but Intelligent – Comfort in Nature» and will begin on an experimental land of about 2000 square meters on which the plantations will begin, following the house in the spring and «Acareturii».
